Within the virtual Institute of Spin Electronics research groups of the II. Institute of Physics at the Aachen Technical University (RWTH Aachen), the IV. Institute of Physics at Göttingen University and the Institute of Bio- and Nanosystems (IBN-1) at the Research Centre Jülich are collaborating with the mutual goal to explore the fundamental physical basics of GaN spin electronic devices.
